A very handy app for traveling. I was in LA last week for 6 days and had opportunities to sneak away and workout. A member gym was only 8 minutes away and had everything. I just noted the facility on my app and the barcode to enter popped up. The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that the barcode popped up, then hid, then popped up, then hid. So I had to play hide and seek a bit. But then I figured it out. Got 3 good workouts last week. Thanks!

I am new to using Gympass. I have my son in the family membership. The app seem to be working for me so far. The app on my son's phone (Google Pixel 7a) does not work especially when trying to check-in. We uninstalled/re-logged in cleared cache, cleared data, and still not working. It is really frustrating when at the gym and waiting for long time to get this app to work. If we cannot get this resolved, we will discontinue using this app/service.

I used Gympass only once. The local gym was very reluctant to handle Gympass. My company paid for the monthly starter plan. Then I quit my job. I found that I was charged for the starter plan subscription without any notifications. Update: I talked to Gympass support team. It was a waste of my time. I strongly DO NOT recommend Gympass. I have to wait till the end of the subscription to delete my account . It really sucks.
