How can I see what gyms and studios I can access before choosing a plan?
Creating a Wellhub account is free, and you can view all the facilities from the Wellhub app before purchasing a plan. Once logged in to Wellhub, simply explore by your location and budget to find facilities near you.
How do I choose my plan?
Review the wide variety of holistic wellness offerings included in each membership and add your desired plan to your basket. Proceed to checkout and select payment. Once you confirm your payment method and start your plan, you can begin using Wellhub! *Please note that you will be required to enter a credit card for any plan that is above the Digital Plan. No payment method is needed to sign up for the Digital Plan.
My favorite gym/studio isn’t part of the network - can you add them?
We take (and love) referrals! Our Gym Partnerships team is constantly working to expand our network. You can submit a referral through your Wellhub account. Once you are in the app, you will click on your Profile > Gear Icon > Account > Refer a Partner. Share any information that you have on the partner and we’ll update you if it’s added to the Wellhub network.
How do I see FedEx specific pricing?
Scroll up on this page to the pricing area where there is a table with the different membership options. This table will give you a glimpse at each plan and the associated cost. When you register for a Wellhub account, you can explore the network, view pricing and wellness offerings, all before choosing a plan.
What is the membership cancellation policy? Is there a charge?
You can cancel your plan or participation at any time, at no charge. Log in to ‘My Account’ and go to ‘Change or cancel your plan’. You will be able to access fitness facilities as normal until the end date of your current billing cycle. Monthly billing will end once you have confirmed the cancellation. Plans renew monthly (and vary by individual), with no minimum term or contract length. Can I share Wellhub with my dependents?
Yes. You can add up to three dependents! Once you activate your own plan, you will see a button in the app to refer dependents*. Complete the form with their information, and we will email them and invite them to get started. Each of your dependents can choose their own plan at standard Wellhub rates and they do not have to choose the same plan you have. Dependents are also now eligible to enroll in the FREE Digital Plan! Reminder that plan prices are per person. *A dependent is defined as your spouse, domestic partner or child of any age.
Who is eligible for Wellhub and how do I pay for a plan?
US FedEx Corporation Employees, US FedEx Office, FedEx Supply Chain, and Canada FedEx Employees are eligible to subscribe to Wellhub and pay by credit card.

Register for an account by choosing “FedEx” as your company in your specific country, enter in your FedEx employee ID, and create a password.
