Sign up for an account by choosing “UBS” as your company, enter in your employee email address and create a password.

How does the subsidy work?
Gympass has various membership tiers, ranging from $10 to $200+ a month, as well as a free virtual-only tier. You pick the option that’s right for you based on price and the gyms and studios you want – and the Firm pays 50% of your membership, to a maximum of $50 a month, or $600 annually. For example, if you pick a Starter Gympass membership, which costs $10, you’ll receive a $5 subsidy from the Firm – so your cost is $5 each month. If you pick the platinum level, which costs $200 a month, your Firm subsidy is $50 – and you’ll pay $150 each month.
How can I see what gyms and studios I can access
before choosing a plan?
Creating a Wellhub account is free, and you can view all the facilities from the Wellhub app before purchasing a plan. Once logged in to Wellhub, simply explore by your location and budget to find facilities near you.
How do I choose my plan?
To see all the offerings in the Wellhub network and in each plan, log in to your Wellhub account using your UBS email address through the Wellhub app! You can search for fitness facilities, live classes and app partners, and filter according to your personal preferences to understand what will work best for you. Once you’ve selected your plan, choose a payment mentod and select “Start my plan”. Your plan will start immediately and you can begin using the features available through Wellhub!
My favorite gym/studio isn’t part of the network - can you add them?
We take (and love) referrals! Our Gym Partnerships team is constantly working to expand our network. You can submit a referral through your Wellhub account. In the Wellhub app, click on your account profile and scroll down until you see ‘Refer a facility’. Share any information that you have on the partner and we’ll update you if it is added to the Wellhub network.

Can I share this benefit with my dependents?
Yes, you can add up to three dependents!* Once you activate your plan, you will see a button to add a dependent. Choose any plan for a dependent and they will receive a welcome email from Wellhub.
*A dependent is defined as your spouse, domestic partner or dependent child.
