1. What do I get with a Gympass plan?

2. How do I access the gyms and studios in my plan?
Once you pick and activate a plan, you can find nearby gyms and studios to visit by using our search feature — found right within the Gympass app.
Be sure to adjust the location settings before searching.
3. Are there any hidden fees or long-term contracts with each plan?
You can pause, cancel, or upgrade your plan at any time without any cancellation fees, subscription fees, or long-term contracts.
4. What are check-ins and how do I use them to visit gyms?
With every Gympass plan, you get one daily check-in to visit a gym or studio of your choice.
When you arrive at a gym or studio in your plan, open the Gympass app. On the bottom right, tap “Check-in”. The gym or studio near you will pop up. Click through to confirm your check-in and show your confirmation at the front desk.
5. Can I add dependents to my plan?
Eligibility to add dependents to Gympass accounts varies from company to company. Please be sure to check if your company currently allows employees to add dependents.
Dependents can access the same plan options as account holders. Dependent plans start at $9.99/month.
